Jackson Employee Giving
Will you BE THE ONE? One Day for Jackson, the only day of giving and awareness exclusively for Jackson Health System, is an opportunity for all Jackson team members to give back to the areas of greatest need within our health system. We are grateful for your generosity, hard work, and the impact you make in our community.
One Day for Jackson is powered by your participation, and no donation is too big or too small. We will officially celebrate on Thursday, April 3, but you can make your donation starting now. Join us by making a recurring donation of $5, $10, or more through payroll deduction or by choosing an option below. Eligible employees can also make a contribution by donating unused personal leave time.
How can I participate?
You have four options to participate in One Day for Jackson and continuous giving:
Donate Personal Leave Time (PL)
Donate personal leave time by going into Infor CloudSuite. Just click on “Employee Home,” “Deductions,” and “One Day for Jackson- Jackson Health Foundation;” and follow the prompts. You can also download the employee donation form from JacksonEmployeeGiving.org and submit it to the Foundation for processing. Just scan a copy and email it to Alexandra Salcedo, executive director of advancement services, at alexandra.Salcedo@jhsmiami.org.
Payroll Deduction
Sign up for a one-time or recurring payroll deduction via Infor CloudSuite. Just click on “Employee Home,” “Deductions,” and “One Day for Jackson- Jackson Health Foundation.” You can also download the employee donation form from JacksonEmployeeGiving.org and submit it to the Foundation for processing. Just scan a copy and email it to Alexandra Salcedo at alexandra.Salcedo@jhsmiami.org.

Benefit Concert
Jackson employees have access to a special VIP package for the benefit concert, featuring Rick Ross, DJ Alex Sensation, DJ Irie, and Mario Ramil. The package includes free parking, a t-shirt, and preferred viewing, and is available until Friday, March 21. Quantity is limited. Jackson Health Foundation is Jackson’s private fundraising arm. One hundred percent of funds raised will go toward the health system’s mission of providing a single, high standard of quality care for everyone.

What is One Day for Jackson, and is it new?
One Day for Jackson is a giving and awareness day exclusively for Jackson. Everyone in our community, including our employees, is invited to support our life-saving mission through financial support. Every gift counts regardless of its size.
Where will my donation go?
Donations to One Day for Jackson support Jackson’s areas of greatest need.
Can I designate my donation to my unit or hospital?
Absolutely. If you feel strongly about designating your donation to a specific area, please visit
JacksonHealthFoundation.org and make a restricted donation.
Is the One Day for Jackson campaign the same thing as the United Way giving campaign?
No. The United Way campaign happens in the fall and it encourages philanthropy to support organizations across Miami-Dade County. One Day for Jackson focuses exclusively on supporting Jackson through donations made to Jackson Health Foundation.
Is there a minimum donation?
No amount is too big or too small! Every dollar makes an impact. Whether you sign up to make a $5 contribution per pay period or make a larger one-time donation, every single dollar supports the miracles made daily at Jackson.
Is there a prize for joining the One Day for Jackson campaign?
When you make a donation during One Day for Jackson, you may receive an incentive from the Foundation in appreciation for your participation.
